About the client

From generalist to MedTech specialist

Momentum (formerly Applover) is a software development agency from Poland, now focused on building products for the healthcare industry. They started in 2016, working across different sectors, but over time, HealthTech became their clear direction. In 2024, they rebranded to Momentum to reflect that shift, and the pace they’re growing at.

How It Started

Big rebrand. Bigger deadline.

As part of their shift into the MedTech space, Momentum was launching a new brand and website to match. With Figma designs in place, they needed a Webflow team who could jump in fast and handle the development with care.

This wasn’t just another launch: Momentum’s Movember campaign and major ad campaign were tied to the go-live date. The deadline couldn’t move, and we were brought in to hit the ground running.

How it’s going

Elbows deep, no corners cut

To meet the tight deadline without cutting corners, we worked in tight design-dev-feedback loops - one page at a time, with quality baked into every step. To meet the scale, our two devs worked simultaneously with hands-on support throughout.

We provided hands-on support from day one, with weekly syncs, Figma walkthroughs, and a two-stage QA process using Markup.io to keep everyone aligned. Despite the pressure, the workflow stayed smooth, focused, and transparent -  the way good partnerships should be.

1/3

Strong foundations for content marketing

We built a modular, component-based CMS to support a full range of content: blog posts, case studies, reports, eBooks, and custom landing pages. The result? A content hub built for scale, giving the team freedom to create pages without developer support.

The structure is clean, flexible, and easy to grow. Momentum’s marketing team can now launch campaigns, publish content, and keep everything consistent, all in one place.

2/3

Performance-first & SEO-ready

Performance and SEO were part of the plan from day one. We kept things lean with a custom grid and lightweight frontend to make sure the site loaded lighting fast.

We also managed the domain migration from applover.pl to applover.com, handling all redirects and cleaning up the blog structure along the way. The SEO setup, from metadata to indexation, was so solid, the external SEO agency was really happy with how we handled things.

3/3

From launch to long-term support

After the launch, we’ve stayed on as Momentum’s ongoing Webflow partner, maintaining the site and continuing to optimize performance. We’ve also started supporting their clients, bringing the same no-code expertise to new projects.
