How It Started

A rebrand and migration

Boris Gloger came to us with a lot on the table at once. They were going through a full rebrand - new visual identity, new brand colors, a bold new direction - and their WordPress site needed to move with it.

Over 70 pages, 800 blog posts, and years of accumulated SEO equity. The brief was straightforward on the surface: redesign and migrate to Webflow. The complexity was everything underneath.

How it’s going

Three workstreams. No room for error.

The redesign and migration ran in parallel with an active rebrand. That meant coordinating with a branding agency, an animation studio, and a Salesforce partner - while making sure nothing fell through the cracks on the SEO side.

Migrating 800 blog posts with SEO in mindf

The biggest risk wasn't the design, but the migration. Boris Gloger had hundreds of blog posts, years of organic traffic, and a domain with real authority. Moving that to a new platform during a full redesign is exactly where traffic disappears and no one notices until weeks after launch.

We treated it as an SEO project content migration at once- every URL mapped, metadata transferred page by page, and the blog rebuilt in Webflow's CMS with clean templates and proper heading hierarchy. By launch day, Google had nothing to complain about.

Turning branding into working website

The branding agency sent their concepts and we translated their color system, typography, and layout ideas into Figma. Animations were part of the brief too - some came as Lottie files from the agency, others we built directly in Webflow.

Every one has a reason to be there, and none of them slow the page down. Across all 70+ pages, the site looks exactly like the brand they wanted and works the way a marketing team needs it to.

3/4

Built for the team that runs it

Boris Gloger's team needed to publish blog posts, add training pages, and build new content without filing a request every time. We built the CMS around that - component-based, consistent, and easy to extend.

Alongside it, we set up GA4 with goals and campaign tracking configured from day one, connected Google Ads, and built a Salesforce integration alongside their Salesforce partner to support the training business.

Two years on

After launch we stayed on as Boris Gloger's Webflow partner. We've added new subpages, built out industry-specific lending tools, rolled out an Austrian subdomain with geolocation-based routing for their DACH market, and supported campaigns with ongoing analytics and Google Ads work.

The site that launched is a solid foundation. What it's become is a marketing platform the team actually controls
