- Lead full-cycle development of advanced Webflow projects for key clients
- Architect sophisticated CMS setups (complex collections, relations, filters, dynamic logic)
- Turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect, scalable, production-ready builds
- Create modular component libraries and reusable architecture patterns
- Implement advanced interactions, animations, and motion (GSAP, Lottie, scroll effects)
- Drive performance to Core Web Vitals (PageSpeed 95+), technical SEO, and WCAG-level accessibility
- Integrate third-party APIs, backend tools, and no-code databases (Xano, Airtable, etc.)
- Write clean, modular custom JavaScript to solve edge cases and extend functionality
- Participate in project scoping, accurate estimation, and cross-team communication (designers, PMs, clients)
- Support mid/junior developers and elevate team standards, workflows, and innovation

Webflow & technical knowledge
- 4+ years of hands-on Webflow experience with production client work
- Expert command of Webflow: complex CMS, custom attributes, overcoming platform constraints
- Proven history delivering enterprise-grade, scalable sites (beyond landing pages)
- Mastery of semantic HTML, modern CSS (grid/flex, container queries, performance tuning), and modular JavaScript (async, DOM, debugging)
- Strong systems thinking: architecture-first approach (Client-First, Lumos or custom), clean naming, and maintainable structures at scale
Mindset
- Full ownership from architecture to launch and post-delivery optimization
- Proactive, detail-obsessed problem-solver who anticipates issues
- Leadership vibe – eager to guide others, set quality standards, and foster team growth
- Excellent English – clear technical communication with clients and async teams
Extra points:
- Advanced integrations (Zapier, Make, Memberstack, Wized, Xano, Airtable, custom REST APIs)
- Complex animations (strong GSAP experience)
