• 1+ year of hands-on Webflow experience
• Strong command of Webflow Designer, CMS (complex collections, filters, relations)
• Advanced responsive design and layout skills
• Deep understanding of Webflow best practices and common limitations

Fundamentals

• Solid semantic HTML - you write clean, accessible markup that supports SEO and screen readers
• Strong modern CSS - fluent with flexbox, grid, custom properties, responsive typography, and polish details
• Comfortable reading and debugging JavaScript – you understand logic in custom code snippets, event handlers, and simple APIs
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable, maintainable structures (beyond one-off pages)
• Good English communication (B2+ level) - you can clearly explain your decisions and collaborate in async/remote environments
• Building reusable components – you create and maintain modular, reusable elements (symbols, components, or structured classes) that scale across pages and projects
• Familiarity with Client-First, Lumos, or similar naming/structure frameworks
• Work with Finsweet attributes or custom attributes for enhanced functionality
