Webflow
- Minimum 6 months of Webflow experience
- Solid Webflow Designer & CMS understanding
- Responsive layout building
- Basic Webflow structure and best practices understanding
Fundamentals
- Basic HTML - you understand semantic markup (why <article>, <section>, <nav>, <main> matter and how they improve accessibility & SEO)
- Good grasp of CSS fundamentals - you’re comfortable with modern layout techniques (flexbox, grid), responsive units
- JavaScript doesn’t intimidate you - you can understand a few lines of simple script, even if you’re not yet writing complex logic from scratch
- Responsive design principles aka RWD
- Ability to follow structures/design systems
- Strong English and Polish communication (B2+ level)

- Eagerness to learn and improve quickly
- Curious problem-solver
- Quality-driven attitude
- Attention to detail
Extra points:
- Basic JavaScript skills - you've written or tweaked simple scripts before (enough to create or adapt a small custom interaction or fix)
- Experience with Webflow Components (building and using reusable, modular components in real projects)
- Simple animations/interactions
- Client-First or Lumos framework
- Finsweet attributes
- Basic SEO and performance knowledge
- Figma basics
- Former experience working with english speaking clients
