Build & maintain websites using Webflow that don't just work, but look exactly like the design intended.
Collab with our cross-functional squads (design, engineering, no-code) to ship products that hit the mark.
Write clean code (with an AI assist) that sets the bar for high-quality web development.
Obsess over performance: we’re talking speed, scalability, and security. We don't settle for less than a 100 Lighthouse score.
Break it before they do: thoroughly test everything to squash bugs before they ever reach the user.
Iterate & evolve: monitor performance and user feedback post-launch to keep making things better.

Fundamentals

You have proven experience as a Junior Frontend Dev (or similar) and a portfolio of sites that you’re proud of.
You’re a quick learner who picks up new concepts in the morning and ships them to production in the afternoon.
You’re an AI power-user and know exactly how to leverage tooling to skyrocket your productivity.
You have a solid foundation in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
You’re comfortable with React/JSX, and Next.js is your framework of choice.
You get the stack: you understand CDNs, Edge Workers, and the HTTP protocol like the back of your hand.
You know how to talk to APIs (REST or GraphQL) efficiently in a serverless environment.
You’re a great communicator who loves working in a team and in a client-facing role.

You have a passion for innovation and always stay ahead of the curve with the latest tech trends.
You’re highly motivated to build world-class web products from scratch.
Good English and Polish communication (B2+ level) - you can clearly explain your decisions and collaborate in async/remote environments

Extra points:

Experience with Webflow, Framer, or other no-code tools
Experience with English-speaking clients
Comfort working with Figma (inspecting designs, understanding systems)
